Elena POV
I flinged thinking she had noticed something was off. At Least the main reason why we spent more time was so that I would not look injured in order not to worry Nana.
“ Nana I-”
“ Come on, I've asked the chef to prepare you a lot of dishes. You can choose your favourite from there”
Realising she hadn't noticed I let out a sigh.
After lunch, nana and nick left for the family house but the hill left only Alex and me once again in this big house.
I tried persuading them to stay but she insisted that she wanted to leave so I agreed.
Alex hadn't said much since we arrived. After lunch he also disappeared from his study without glancing back at me.
So, after I finished cleaning in the kitchen I headed straight to my room to freshen up, ignoring whatever was wrong with him.
