Chapter 4

Ananya's POV:

        I turned around to see an old man catching his chest and was out of breath. I rushed towards him. I realized that he was getting a stroke attack. I immediately told people to call for the temple's doctor and started the CPR. After about 5 mins the doctor came and gave him the tablet sublingually. He was shifted on to a stretcher and taken to the temple hospital.

       I also ran behind them. After about 15 mins, the man woke up. I was sitting right beside him. I asked him whether he was fine and called the doctor. The doctor checked him and said that it was a minor attack and now he is fine. The man thanked him. The doctor told him to thank me and told him how i had saved his life. The man looked at me with so much love, I remembered my dad. " Beta, what's ur name?", he asked. "I am Ananya and please uncle don't stress so much. You need to rest and please don't make me small by thanking me. It was Lord's wish that I was there at that time to save you".

        At that time, I received a call. Excusing my self, I went outside. It was amma's call and she was worried that I had still not reached home. I told her about the incident and she was happy that I had performed such a selfless deed. I told her that I was late for the interview and I will come home directly after the interview.
