I didn’t want to give him more than necessary and that was why the moment I saw Dominick was already enjoying the kiss, I pulled away from him but my hand remained on his neck and my face was only an inch away from his.
I was staring down at him, wanting to kiss him again but I had to stop myself—giving him too much would mean worse for me too. I gave him time, I wanted to be able to get to that time too even though I wanted to kiss him more than I already did.
“That’s what you get” I whispered to him before finally pulling away from him.
Dominick just stood there, looking at me like I was some kind of alien. His lips were twitching, his jaw was locked tight. He was upset but I wasn’t sure why.
