Noticing Jasmine's unease, Prince Aric decided to steer the conversation towards a more pleasant topic as they continued their tour of the palace.
"Jasmine," he began with a friendly smile, "I hope you're feeling more comfortable now. I apologize for my brother's behavior earlier. He can be a bit... rigid at times."
"That’s alright, Prince Aric. I can handle it."
"Now, I understand that you're new to the kingdom, and I assume you don't have a place to stay. Father had invited you here, but I'm not sure if accommodations were arranged for you."
Jasmine sighed, realizing she hadn't received any instructions regarding her stay. "You're right, Prince Aric. I'm not sure where I'll be staying at the moment. Lord Aethelwulf hasn't informed me about it."
Prince Aric frowned slightly. "I see.
