THE CHAPLAIN ENTERED the banquet room where the newly married couples were eating and drinking and getting to know one another. He clapped his hands and everyone became quiet. “I would like to congratulate everyone and I would like to introduce the ladies to Nick Wentworth and his wife Maggie. Nick is your commanding officer and will handle any problems or concerns that arise for any of you. I would like to welcome everyone to the Montana Colonization Project which will be referred to only as the project to protect the secrecy for the army.”
The women looked over at Nick with appreciative glances. No one could help notice what an attractive couple Nick and Maggie made. The two of them were striking together and obviously matched well as far as looks went.
