Moira understood what Kevin was saying. She was no longer part of Ideal Gold, and that was okay. However, she couldn't deny that something was gnawing at her heart. There had been a void for a long time, but this time, she could really feel it.
"All right. I understand." Moira reached out her hand toward Kevin, who froze. There was an indecipherable look in his eyes, but she didn't want to discuss it. She had to leave this place immediately. "Thank you for these past few years. Also, for always supporting me."
"Don't mention it. You deserve it. I hope... Never mind. I know nothing I say will change your mind. `See you around, Moira."
Moira nodded and left after packing all her belongings, which didn't take long.
