The house looked amazing. The trees that stood tall out the front and back of the house (including the bushes) were all lit up with pretty lights. There was a wooden stand with a big sign that said ‘Rossi’s Charity Event’ on it and the steps leading to the door were perfectly decorated with my mother’s favourite flowers, lilies. The main hallway also had lilies dotted around the room along with pictures of the children that my mother has helped in the past. They displayed the amazing transition from what their lives were like before to what they are like now. One of the large tables by the door was filled with welcome glasses of wine and leaflets of what was on offer in the auction later on this evening.
