Kat
I continued to approach the Jeep, keeping a very keen sense of awareness of the two loud males near the suv. Hopefully i could just avoid them and get my things packed up quickly. I took a deep breath before I hit the unlock on the key fob. As soon as I did the voices got quiet. I continued onward like I didn’t notice. The best thing I could do was not get involved in someone else’s drama.
I pushed my cart to the back of the Jeep and opened it up, loading my things as best I could. I didn’t really make it easy on myself with all the bigger bulky items but its nothing I couldn’t handle.
“Need any help with that?” A very sexy male voice said from behind me.
“No, I’ve got it. Thanks though.” I didn’t even turn around and look at the guy. I’m not in the mood to be hit on by strangers.
“What about from me?” A second very similar sounding voice said.
The voice was calming and caressed my ear drums. Curiosity got the best of me and I turned around see two of the most well toned blond hair, blue eye’d, tall, and mischievous looking males I’d ever seen. Clearly they are twins, they looked identical.
“Um, no.” I felt the blood rise to my cheeks “Thanks though.”
I quickly turned around and continued to shove the rest of my purchases into the Jeep. The feeling I was having was all to families for the past few days, and surely I’ve gone crazy and something inside me has broken for me to be feeling it again. I closed the back of the Jeep and rested my head on the spare tire, lightly banging it to make sure I’m still awake. Hoping this was just a dream and that I’m not going psychotic.
I heard the two males approach me, as they got closer all I could smell was pine, and the forest before the rain. s**t. It was these two I smelled earlier, and it was happening again. The moon goddess really does hate me. I let out a deep sigh, clearly venting my displeasure at the entire situation when one of the twins reached out and ran a very light touch across my arm. Sparks bursting to the surface of my skin made me jump back and bump into both of them. They reached out to keep me from falling and the sparks continued to erupt everywhere they touched.
“Fuck.”I said through my gritted teeth during a long breath out. Their touch felt amazing. I could feel my heart speeding up, my breaths becoming shorter and shorter as they made sure to slowly run their hands over my exposed arms. I could hear them breathing harder as well.
“Seems she would very much like our help now.” One of the males said. Letting out a sigh of relief and small moan as he added more pressure to his stroking my arm, making the sparks even stronger. My knees started to buckle and gave way. Making me crumble right there.
“Please stop.” That was all I was able to whimper out. My brain was cloudy and foggy, with every touch of theirs I started drifting back into that fog.
“You don’t want us to stop.” They both had knelt down beside me when my legs gave way.
“I do. I do not want another mate.” I was able to stutter out.
I started to silently cry. The tears streaming down my face. I heard them both gasp as they stopped touching me. The sparks slowly disappeared and the fog started to lift.
“You’ve had another mate?” I could hear the disdain in the one males voice as he growled it out.
“Ye, yes, he re, reject, rejected me.” I started hiccuping and became a silent crying mess. It was all I could do in my current situation. All I wanted to do was scream and punch something, and be alone. I quickly glanced back at them to see if I needed to run. Which in all honestly, I don’t think I have the will to anymore. I could tell they where using their pack link to talk to each other. Yet another thing I’ve yet to experience. The expressions on their faces are blank. I can only imagine they will reject me soon enough.
Cory
“Well you did good today kid.” I had to admire the kids will power. I didn’t honestly expect him to make it through his first day of training.
“Just kill me already.” Luke said as he started to drag his feet through the chow hall. “Its only lunch time and I feel like you literally hit me with a truck.” He let out a exasperated sigh.
“Well thats all for today, we’re gonna grab a car from the pack house and got get you some clothes. Gotta replace some house things as well, and get a car. So don’t worry, the rest of the day will be easy.” I couldn’t help but let out a small laugh at the child. I’ve known him less than forty eight hours and I’m already fond of him.
We made our way to the buffet of food and I started to pile my plate as high as I could possibly get it to go. I looked over at Luke and could see the hesitation, he caught me looking at him and I shot him a little smile that said go ahead. After that he piled his plate up a bit more, but I could tell he was still very reserved with how much he got. I’m sure this was far more than what he was use to getting.
We sat down at a table that was close to the kitchen, I could see some of the kitchen staff giving Luke suspicious looks. I’m sure there will be some confusion with all the recent events.
Fortunately we made it out of the chow hall before the Alpha showed up. I had avoided him all morning, and wasn’t ready yet to be face to face with him. We went to the pack house and borrowed a car to take to town. First we went by my bank and got another card, then we went by the Jeep dealership and I paid for a new Jeep to be delivered to my house. After that we went to the mall and got Luke an entirely new wardrobe. The kid now had at least ten outfits for every occasion. A smile was plastered on his face as he carried all of his bags of clothing back to the pack car. He had so much stuff the trunk was full and the entire back seat was crammed with shopping bags.
“You sure I need all this stuff?” He asked hesitantly.
“Yea, you’ll need every bit of that stuff. Warriors go through a lot of clothes. We will actually probably have to come get you more clothes in a few weeks when you wear through those.” Luke’s eyes went wide.
“There’s no way I’ll go through all of these clothes in just a few weeks. This is more than I’ve ever had combined.”
“You’ll see, like I said warriors go through a lot of clothes.”
“Yea, I guess we will see.” His voice faded out as he looked out the window. I could tell his thoughts went else where, and he was most likely thinking about Kat. He never said anything about her though, and he didn’t cry or whine. He was a very strong kid. He was going to be more than an omega, I’m going to be sure to keep that promise.
