Gwen's POV
I had been discharged and sent to my room, so when I woke this morning, I lay in bed for a while as I looked at the way of morning light came in through the curtain. I sat up, then inspected my leg and was surprised that it was completely healed, the area was just darker than my usual skin and the pain that came with it was gone. But I knew the darkness was going to go out after a while, moving the leg cane with no struggle or pain, and I was glad about that.
I got out of bed without any discomfort and even matched, there was no pain. I couldn't do this before, but this will give me the ground to move as I have wanted and get those things I want sorted out.
