Don's POV

"Am pregnant" I stopped on my tracks as she released the bomb.

I was shock at the same time the most happiest man on earth.

" You are carrying my child Dennis..Oh my God, this so good to be true" I said hugging her and touching her stomach and finally placing my ear on her stomach.

" Dennis, thank you so much , you don't know how much happy I am" I exclsimed but she wasn't smiling at all.

" Dennis, aren't you happy about this child, it's like a new dawn for us. I am ready to buy the world for you and your baby. I love you such much" I said and tried to kiss her cheeks but she turned the other side.

" I can't keep this baby" I was shocked at what she said, I tried to speak up but I was chattering. Cold shivers ran down my spines, I hope I didn't hear her well.

" Dennis, what did you just say, C'mon stop that joke and let me pamper you baby" I said but she smiled.

" Am sorry Don, but am aborting this baby first thing tomorrow morning" she said and I widened my eyes in shock. She might possibly be joking right.?

" Dennis, you can't possibly do this to me, you can possibly kill our child" I said crying already, how I cherish to carry my own baby in my arms.

" Am sorry Don, I know you love me and I love you so much. I don't plan on having a baby now, it will ruin all my plans. So just don't think you have a child, am sorry" she said and threw the pregnancy test on my face before walking out.

" Dennis! Dennis" I called out but she ignored me, I bursted into uncontrollable tears, it was as if my heart was ripping off.

Why would she hurt me this bad?

She taught me how to love, the first woman in my life, the first woman I slept with and the first woman that carried my child.

Why has she chosen to destroy my life, I can't hate her, am stucked with her all in the name of love.

Dennis POV

I looked through the window as the taxi driver drove me back to the house,I mean Micheal's house.

Hope am not taking the wrong decision of aborting this child?

If I don't, I will loose Micheal and all my plans scatters, nope, it can't happen.Men don't worth it right, I will make sure they all see hell..

" Madam.. We've arrived at your location" the taxi driver said and I woke up from my thoughts.

" Oh thanks" i mumbled and gave him his money before I entered into Micheal's house.

I turned the door knob if the sitting room and found Jadhiel sitting on the floor with her dad. Guess they were playing or doing assignment...

" Oh here she comes, joy spoiler" Jadhiel commented and i smiled at her, she is getting on my nerves too much and I've been enduring a lot. That perfect time will come when am gonna teach her lesson.

" Oh you're back " Micheal asked fixing his gaze at me.

" Yeah..The doctor said it's just a slight Malaria " I lied and he smiled.

" Okay..Make sure you don't forget to take your drugs , how are you feeling now" he asked feeling concerned.

" Am feeling better now, how is your arm" I asked bending low to check it

" It fine, ouch! That place hurts" he whimpered as I touched the bandaged part.

" Oh Sorry, get well soon. I need to be inside so I can take My drugs, call me if you need anything" I said and smiled at him and he reciprocated it.

" He has a sister, your are just good as useless because you're not doing anything here" Natalie fired and I shot a an Angry glare.

" Natalie would you st...." I interrupted Michael immediately.

" No matter what you say, am staying here till Micheal wound is fully healed" I said and she scoffed.

I went into Natalie's room and fell heavily in the bed, she has being kind to give me some new clothes she abandoned, not a condemned one though..

My phone began ringing and it happens to be Don,I ignored it. Can't he just get it, gosh!

It rang for the twentieth time and I switched it off , I don't need any disturbance, first thing tomorrow, am removing that thing in my stomach.

Night falls and I stood at the balcony upstairs thinking about Tomorrow, how would the abortion be, would it be painful. Well I have to sacrifice anything to get what I want. Everyone was asleep, I guess so, I kept staring at the sky. My mind flashed back to my mom, I wept remembering how she died, my urge to destroy and see men in pain increased the more.

I startled as I felt something touch me, I turned and behold it was Micheal....

" Oh my God, you are fund of scaring me Micheal, your are still awake" I asked

" Oh yes I am, I was feeling pain as I laid down so I decided to just stand and walk around"

" Oh sorry, does it still hurts"

" No...I just pray it heals up fast, sitting at home is the boriest thing ever" he complained and I smiled

" But you have me, that is why I insisted I stay till your wound is healed up"

" Oh thanks so much , I really appreciate. I noticed you have been restless, hope Jadhiel and Natalie character is not giving you though times" I chuckled at what he said.

" I....." I felt like a might pull to throw up and I rushed to the washing basin beside the balcony and threw up there.

" Are you okay..." Micheal asked as he poured water on my face.

" Don't stress yourself Micheal, I will be fine" I said cleaning my face with a dry towel .

" Are you sure the doctor said it's only slight Malaria because I don't want to relate into something like typhoid" he suggested and I forced a smile.

" It won't ,okay..I would be fine" I tried convincing him .

" Okay if you say so, you need to stop this frequent late sleeping and needs enough rest. That's why am saying am giving you too much load, I am just feeling guilty" Micheal said and I laughed dryly.

" C'mon..I will be fine by tomorrow, you don't have to worry yourself" I said cupping his cheeks and he smiled widely.

He suddenly kissed me on my forehead unknownly taking me by surprise

" Now go to bed little queen" he said jokingly and I laughed.

" Alright, have a wonderful night" I said and I headed to Natalie's room in which I sleep for now.

Natalie is such a good sleeper,huh!

I laid down on the bed and covered myself with the duvet, I switched on my phone immediately and decided to call Chloe..And she picked up at first ring.

Chloe : hello girlfriend

Me: Chloe! You just forgot me right.

Chloe: No jhoor..I tried calling your line and it was switched off

Me : oh..I put it off for a reason

Chloe: what happened to Don, he came to the house and his eyes were puffy that shows he has being crying. He asked after you and I told him as usual. What happened bae

Me:( sighs) am pregnant for him

Chloe :( surprised and shocked) like seriously, this is so good to be true. Have you informed Don...

Me:stop shouting please, anyways I told him and also told him am gonna abort it ( almost in a whisper)

Chloe:are you alright, how could you think of such, is something wrong with your brain (speaking harshly)

Me: hey please calmdown...I took that decision cause I don't want to scatter my plans.

Chloe : what stupid plans are you talking about, Don is rich and loves you , why the.....

Me: enough of the preaching bae, I just called to inform you as my best friend

Chloe:are you thinking at all, Dennis are you....

(Cuts the call immediately)

I just called her to ginger me and not be advising or scolding me like a child, I know what am doing.

Micheal's POV

" Ouch... Stop! Stop! It's hurting me I cried out as Dennis tries to straighten my right hand, it has been being Weeks after the incident so it's just a little bandage.

" Sssshhhhhh..Keep quiet! " Dennis ordered and I chuckled slightly

" OK ma but it's painful" I said and she did it again making me scream in pain and just theb, my phone began ringing.

I checked the caller ID and it was my boss, I picked up immediately..

Me : hello boss

Boss: hello milky, how are you.

Me : am fine sir..Any problems.

Boss: the secretary has been kidn*pped

Me: (gasps) oh my God , what's happening.

Boss: I don't understand ....It all started yesterday, she was absent from work and today she was absent from work. All her numbers were switched off and the neighbors confirmed she left for work yesterday morning. First you were attacked and now secretary kidn*pped, what's going on...

Me: we need to calm down boss maybe we should involve the police

Boss : that would be a very good idea

Me: yeah and sir, I would be resuming work very soon. Please sir, no matter what, don't allow the assistant Manager to gain entry to anyone's office apart from his in your absence.

Boss: hmmm.. Okay, bue for now and please take care if yourself

(Call ends)

" Michael, what is the problem, you were just gasping" Dennis said imitating me and I laughed.

" I just don't know what's going on..The secretary has been kidn*pped "

" Oh my God, what's happening"

" I don't just really understand" I said.

" Okay let's continue" Dennis said proceeding to try straighten my hand

" Not me you would kill" I said and ran in while she pursued me.

Amber's POV

" Hey madam, I think someone is following us" the taxi driver said and I looked at him confusingly.

" What are you saying, please drive fast " I ordered and he kept driving.

" Madam, a while highlandercar is following us since we started this journey, this is strange" the taxi driver said making me feel uneasy.

Suddenly, we heard gunshot and my heat jumped.

" I told you madam, they just shot the tire if my car, we need to escape" the taxi driver said and my fear increased the more. I looked back and confirmed what the driver said.

" I will stop now and we need to both run" he suggested and i nodded as goose pimples covered my body. I was already crying"

Suddenly , the car stopped and we both flew to different directions running.

I decided to run to the bush path to see if I can find any cover.

Shoes away as the footsteps behind me increased. I increased speed but it was as if I was not running as the unknown person caught me and immediately flunged me on his shoulders.

I began screaming and flapping my legs trying to release myself but he was too strong.

He carried me into the white highlandercar and I met other guys there.

I was immediately injected with something and I passed out immediately.Few hours later...

I woke up after some hours only to find myself in a dark room.

I noticed I was tied at my hands and legs. I became scared, what am I doing here?.

Hope this is all a dream ...

I tried remembering what brought me and I recalled the way I was bundled into the car and injected.

I gasped as my fears increased

" Somebody help me " I screamed out loudly but only my echo could be heard.

" Now shut up young lady if you want to live to see Tomorrow" I shrinked as a heard a coarse voice.

" Please I don't know anything, maybe there is a mistake, am not the one you're seeking for. Please....." I pleaded as my face was wet with tears. I couldn't see the male person due to the darkness.

" Now keep quiet young lady, just keep shut. If you scream, you're dead" the man thundered an I shook violently and I heard the closing of a door.

I tried moving and I noticed I was on the bare floor.

" God please help me...I know I haven't served you before but please save me, save me!..." I cried out as I wept.
