Gemma and I had driven back to the palace. I dropped her off by the side entrance so she could make it to her room and change for the festival.
I rolled the window down and looked at her. "I'll be waiting by the stairs for you in about thirty minutes, or an hour. I don't know how long it would take for you to get ready." I said.
"That's not necessary." She said.
"I'll see you then." I rolled the window back up and drove to the main entrance. I got out of the car and adjusted the jacket of my suit. I walked into the palace and headed for where the festival was happening.
