I looked at Chloe for all of two seconds before I walked past her hurriedly. I was hearing rubbish no doubt. Whatever was wrong with me, I needed to fix it.
This guilt was crushing me badly.
Chloe called me back once and chose to let me be. I walked around for a while before I decided to leave the palace. I needed fresh air. Maybe it was time for a run.
