I exchanged a glance with George after I heard what Leonard had to say. "This is our only lead," I said the urgency in my voice left unchecked. "Prepare the guards."
Leonard let his curiosity get the best of him and he asked, "What's happening?" He probably wondered why we had asked him instead of Gemma.
I looked him square in the eyes. He was someone I could trust to keep things confidential. "It's Gemma." I said, "She's been taken. We're going to the ancient temple to search for her."
Leonard's eyes widened slightly before they slid back to the normal way they usually were. He saluted. "I'll prepare the team, Your Majesty." He said, perfunctorily.
I nodded. "Good. I'll be down in ten minutes." I said, packing things up.
