Axel's POV

when I got home something was off. Dinner wasn't made and it was quiet in the house, too quiet. The b***h didn't make dinner. I went to her room and banged on her door, no answer so I banged again still no answer. I just gave up and turned the door nob and it was unlocked. I opened it to find it completely empty. I looked at her Dresser to find two letters, One for the family and One for our future alpha Julian. I looked at the letter and it read:

Dear "family"

you have shown me that I am nothing to the world and that love doesn't exist and for that I thank you.  I am sorry I am such a disappointment and soon I won't be alive to continue to be one for everyone else. you have made sure to let me know I am not important and that I have no place in your family of Five.

Tell my Brothers that I will always love them but the road to redemption is long and winding. tell them to hold their mates and never let them go like mine did today. I won't be home when you get this Letter because I will be dead and gone. You won't have to deal with this burden anymore. Who knew a white wolf could feel so unloved and broken but you did just that.

As I read that last part my heart and soul sank to the ground. The first thing that surprises me was that my sister was the white wolf. The second was that I now felt my heartache as I replayed every one of my moments that I had Hurt her and I let out a cry of agony. It wasn't till I heard the front door open that I started to calm down, even though I was in a deep pit of despair. I looked up with a tear-stained face to see my brother looking at me with questionable looks in their eyes.

Joey's POV

As I walked into the house I heard the most sorrow-filled cry and I instantly walked towards the noise. It leads to Neveah's room and I wonder what else that stupid b***h could have done to f**k up this family.

I walked into her room to find Axel on the floor crying holding a letter in his hand. He gave me a look of hopelessness as he handed me the letter. I read it and felt my eyes well up with tears as I read what might be the last words we ever hear from her.

"she was a white wolf and we didn't know because we were so abusive to her that she felt like she couldn't tell us when she shifted. we drove her to this," he said as he looked Broken.

Spencer's POV

When Luna Abby said she saw my sister walking in the woods I didn't want to believe it so I rushed home as fast as I could. I know I haven't been the best older brother to Neveah that I should have been. But when I heard that she was in the woods I knew where she was going. It was the place that mom and dad used to bring us when we were little.

I don't know why mom and dad dislike Neveah so much. it's not like she did anything wrong at all. she was a sweet kid. she also had a heart of gold. I wish I had the courage to stand up to my mom and dad so I could make it better for her but they would threaten to kill her if I or anyone else did.

I burst through the door to see my brothers in tears as they both looked at me with sorrow and agony. I saw that Joey had a letter in my hand and I knew what it Most likely said. they looked at me and I gave them a nod. " Do you know where she might be?" Axel asked as I nodded my head

"I think she went to the cliff. you know the one mom and dad would bring us to when we were little. luna Abby said she saw her walking in that area. I assume that is where she is headed if not already there." I said as we all rush out the back door and into the woods. I shifted into my chocolate-colored wolf that had white around my chest and legs and my brothers did the same, not even caring that we shredded our clothes in the process.

once we reached there her scent was strong but I didn't see her. I looked around and traced her scent to the edge of the cliff. I looked down and the sight I saw made my stomach sick.

Julian's POV ( right after the rejection )

When I rejected my mate I went right back to class like nothing ever happened. the day went on and nothing seemed to be half bad. I was on my way home when my wolf Jasper started whimpering like a lovesick puppy.

I got home and then I felt the worst pain I had ever felt, it was like the world around me was being torn apart and everything was collapsing in. My head felt like someone was squeezing it and my heart felt like it was breaking., then my wolf spoke up.

"mate is in trouble. gotta find a mate and see if she is alright. go now." he said and I was off my feet and going in the direction of her house. when I got there her honey and cherry scent was faint like it had been a while since she had been here. I followed her scent till it was the strongest.

I opened the door and the sight of her room made me weak in my knees. I looked around and saw a letter addressed to me. I opened to see what it said, and what I read made my heart shatter into a million pieces.

dear Julian

if you're reading this I might as well be dead. When I met my mate I thought they would save me from the Years of abuse that I had suffered from my family and my pack. Sadly fate has had other ideas and you rejected me reminding me that I am still a waste of air and space.

You were my last hope to Have a somewhat normal life with even a little love but I couldn't even have that. you are currently standing in my bedroom if you can even call it that. and I want you to know that I don't blame you and that I am glad that I even lived long enough to meet you.

with that said there is only one thing I can do as my last act on earth and that is to set you free. I Neveah Carmikeal accepts Julian Webster's rejection and I hope you have a happy fulfilled life.

I let out a cry of Pain as guilt consumed me. this girl who I was supposed to protect but rejected had already lived a horrendous life. she had never felt love before and just wanted someone to hold and tell her everything was going to be alright. I had taken that from her and now she was most likely paying the price.

I ran out her back door and followed her brother's scents and it leads to a cliffside. what I saw made my heartbreak even more laying in her brothers are all bloody and broken was my mate laying lifeless. I rushed to her brother's side and took her in my arms and rushed to the pack hospital.

Careful not to do anything that might hurt her anymore as she still had a heartbeat but not a strong one. when the nurses saw us they took her in a stretcher and brought her into surgery. It took all my will power not to break down all of the walls while my mate was in there all helpless. what had I done?
