The Boat - Chapter 49 - Storage under the Hierarchy foyer
When we reach the Hierarchy building, Rachel is hesitant to enter. "This is where they brought us before they threw us Outside." Scarlett offers to let her stay with the tray, but Rachel shakes her head. "No, I will help you. It is just a bad memory." It is a strange feeling to enter the building, as empty as it is now. The blackness of the building makes it difficult to see anything very well, but the lights are glowing dimly and that is just enough to see by. A look at the locked doors at the top of the staircase tells us that we cannot get past them, so we decide to look for cupboards and storage areas on this level.
