“Yes. When is Alexis coming back?“
“I have no idea, but I suppose it shouldn't be that long.“

He looked genuinely puzzled by my question. “I honestly have no idea.“
“Maybe you should write to him and find out?“
“Is there something bothering you?“
I hesitated. “Well…”
“If it's an emergency, I can reach him for you.“
Was this an emergency? “It isn't an emergency.“
“You can talk to me about it then.“
I smiled. “That's alright. I'll wait until he comes.“
