Lara did not quite get what Joaquin was referring to. While eventually she completely lost the chance to get what he meant. That's because her husband went back to all the hard work he was doing earlier.
"J-Joaquin!" she said violently when her husband reached her belly.
She didn't even seem to have imagined what the consequences of all this could be. And if her hands weren't tied then it was like she was drowning in ecstasy and o****m. She knows that what she can experience is even more intense now because she has nothing else to do but accept everything without complaining.
A few moments later, Lara felt that Joaquin was approaching his true purpose. And when her husband got there that was when adjusted his position at her feet.
