CHAPTER TWO; GRADUATION DAY

Alexa took one final glance at the mirror admiring her reflection, she was thrilled with her look and couldn't help but clap her hands in excitement. Just then, a knock at the door broke her reverie.

"Come in!" Alexa said expecting it to be one of her family members, but to her surprise it was her best friend Stacy. Stacy's eyes widened in awe as she took in Alexa's stunning appearance. Her mouth hung open, and she seemed lost for words. Alex couldn't help but laugh. "Stacy!!! do I look that pretty?" Alexa twirled showing off her outfit.

She finally found her voice, "you look amazingly beautiful, Alexa! That dress was made for you!" Alexa blushed, feeling grateful for her friends kind words."You don't look that bad either," Oh don't flatter me how can I hold a candle to a billionaire's daughter..?"

Just then another knock at the door interrupted their chat. Alexa's mum called out, "Girls, come out we are running late!" Alexa and Stacy exchanged a nervous glance,it was time to head out for their graduation ceremony. They took a deep breath grabbed their things, and headed out the door ready to face the day ahead.

*Hills Secondary School*, one of the most prestigious institutions in New York, was renowned for producing students who excelled both academically and morally. Its exemplary reputation made it a sought-after school, but also one that was out of reach for many due to its high fees.

On this special day, *Alexa and Stacy*, accompanied by their parents, arrived at the school's campus. While the girls went to meet their friends, their parents took their seats Alexa's parents at the high table, and Stacy's parents in the audience.

The graduation ceremony commenced with the grand entrance of the graduating students, followed by presentations, award-giving, a photography session, and closing prayers. The program concluded with grace and dignity.

Afterward, the graduands made their way to the school hall for their prom party. The evening was filled with laughter, music, and merriment as they celebrated this significant milestone. They feasted, danced, and took photos to commemorate the occasion.

As the night drew to a close, the students bid each other farewell, marking the end of an unforgettable chapter in their lives.
