Jaxon felt troubled as he stood in front of the master bedroom. It was his room and he could just barge in but the thought of coming face to face with Ruby after all that transpired in such a short time left him feeling drained.
Lucas the guard who was standing at the side kept glancing at Jaxon and felt uncomfortable by his presence and silence.
