Chapter 12

The Doctor asked us to leave the room and we did. My mother was still crying uncontrollably and my father was now silent. I don't know where Keagan and Kendall are but I'm sure they are not okay wherever they are. I stormed out of the Hospital crying, I went straight to my car and drove to my parent’s house when I got there, I called Precious.

Her: Hello

Me: Silent

Her: Hello. babe?

Me: please come to my parents house I need you, *crying* please babe.

Her: I'll be there in a few minutes my love.

Hangs up

I was alone in the dark house crying like I've never cried before. She got here in 19 minutes, I was still alone in the house and she knocked on the door and I opened it. "What’s wrong? are you okay?" she asked when I opened the door.

"She passed away."

"What Who??!"

Fazel. She passed away." I said emotionless.

She was silent. She hugged me, we sat down and a tear dropped down her cheeks. "I'll be fine" I said and we sat in the dark in silence. A few hours later, my parents walked in with Kendall and Keagan, they switched on the light to find us sitting on the couch holding hands.

My mom went straight upstairs and the rest greeted Precious. Kendall's face was red from all the crying but Keagan looked dislocated and like he was in disbelief. "I Should leave" Precious said getting up. "Please don't. I need you" I said to her. Precious and I headed to my room and we sat there. Since she didn't bring any clothes, I borrowed her my shirt so she could sleep over. "I'm sorry about your loss, will you be okay?" she asked. "Don't worry about me babe" I said and we went to bed.

In the morning I greeted the family and made breakfast for Precious and I.

"Gabriella." I heard my mom call. "Yes?" I said. "Can’t I talk to you for a second" she asked. When she said that I was really annoyed, what in the world is she gonna say! My sister just passed away and she probably wants to ask what Precious is doing here."Yeah sure" I replied and she walked to the living room so I followed her. "Yeah..." I said.

"ummhm. I would like to apologise, for everything I've ever said. I'm your mother and my actions and words were disgusting. I'm not making any excuses for how I reacted but When Fazel told me she is Lesbian I reacted even worse. I thought I was cursed or something when you told me about your sexuality later on. Please forgive me one day." she said walking away. "Wait! Jackie. was Fazel Lesbian? when did this happen. You're confusing me" I said astonished. “A few years ago, she told me she is Lesbian when we went shopping together and I slapped her, she cried then I led her there and drove away. She called her dad to pick her up. -"

"that's why yal were not on speaking terms years ago?" I asked interrupting her. "Yes, so She came back home and apologised, said she will get back to her senses and be straight. I'm a horrible mother Gabriella. She said crying even more.

"How did she pass away?" I asked beginning to cry. "She was found 2 blocks away on the street bleeding, when we got to the hospital, they said she bled to death. From what I heard she was beaten because of her sexuality, two boys approached her wanting to harass her and she told them she is lesbian they beat her till they saw the cops. Its my fault. " She said crying.
