Chapter 5

“Precious..." I said stopping the kiss. “Yes?” she said still drunk by our kisses. “Uhm... I'm sorry I got carried away" I said getting up “No!... I'm okay with it, I have to get going thou. Talk tomorrow?" She said getting up fixing her dress. I knew I shouldn’t have said anything, we barely did anything but she want to go? She has nowhere to be except the party she ditched a few minutes ago because but she clearly doesn’t want to be here, I guess. I regretted ever stopping that kiss.

“Are you sure? Did I do anything wrong?” I said sounding desperate. “I don’t feel too well, I have to get going don’t worry about me” she said finally looking at me. “uhm want a ride back to your place?" I asked starting to get worried. “No. its fine I'll call my driver" she said walking out my apartment. She doesn’t even want me to drive her home? I don’t know what is up. “Bye. Thanks for the night” I said rubbing my neck and watching her walk out of the house in a rush. She winked at me and closed the door. I can't believe what just happened, I mean I'm not gay but I kissed a girl. Like I'm falling for a girl. I need rest, finna get my ass in bed and sleep this off. Alison is not back yet but she has her own keys so I'm gonna hit the sheets.

Sunday

I opened my eyes and the sun was kissing my face, I tried turning over to the other side but I felt a strong headache immediately. I decided to get up and do my morning routine before taking any pills so I walked to the bathroom to I brushed my teeth and face. On my way to the Kitchen I see Alison and Danielle making out on the couch. I let out a chuckle and walk past them. “Oh, morning stud buddy" Alison said in between kisses. “I'm not a stud, I'm just a confused person who so happens to kiss girls okay.” I said pausing after realising what I said.

Danielle and Alison both stopped.

“you did what??!! who did you kiss?" Alison said jumping over the couch coming towards me. “Oooh your gay ass" Danielle said laughing from the couch. “I see you two have become familiar again” trying to move the attention from me to them “I'm experimenting okay, chill" I said opening the fridge. “Precious and yourself went MIA yesterday! it’s her, right??" she asked with a straight face.

I remained quite and took my box of milk and walked to my room. I'm insanely obsessed with milk, (I drink milk as a substitute for water). I wasn't up for any interrogations, Maybe I might be bisexual but then again, I don't like boys. I shouldn't let anyone know not even my own siblings whom I'm very close with.

I miss Precious thou, she is something else my love for her is gradually growing I won’t deny that.

Phone rings

Mom is calling

Picks up

Mom: My baby

Me: Hi Jackie

Mom: You know I prefer mom but anyway we're around and we thought we should... you know Pop in.

Me: you're at the gate (I said lamely)

Mom: actually yes

Me: OK

drops the call

I ran to the TV room, Danielle and Alison were still sharing saliva(kissing).

“Hey listen up your dweebs. My mom is at the gate so I suggest you stop smooching and act straight Okay? Okay? Thanks" I said walking away as they stopped. “I can't promise anything" Alison said pulling Danielle to her room. “Alison!" I said trying to be serious. “Sorry" she said laughing, I laughed too I couldn't help it. I swear they have a bipolar ass relationship.

A few seconds later my mom and my sister pull off. “Pumpkin!" my sister said hugging me. I still don't know why she calls me Pumpkin, I'm like almost 2 decades. “Hi Fazel" I said.

“You so grown! when you coming home doe?" she said letting go of me. “I don't know". “Mom and I just came to give you pocket money and a few goodies" she said. “Okay uhm you can put them inside" I said smiling. “You look different" My mom said.

“Uhm mom please" I said. “Sorry it’s just that you never wear dresses or skirts" she said and I ignored her. My mother being a religious woman, she always expects me to wear dresses and skirts. I don't even wear dresses when I go to church.

Fazel on the other had is the total opposite of she's forever in dresses and heels. She walks in and sits on the couch. I take the bags of groceries to the kitchen and join her. I hear a giggling sound, I immediately know its Danielle and Alison then I cringe. “Gabrielle did you hear that?" my mother said walking towards Alison's room. I jumped up and stood next to her door. “It’s Ali and a friend mom" I said worried, she was on the verge of opening that's how nosy my mother is. “Okay. You know I don't like her right. She is so young and beautiful but why she chooses to be Lesbian still baffles me" she said walking away and I sighed.

A few minutes later Fazel and her mom left. I honestly couldn't wait till they left, Ali and Dani were doing whatever they were doing and they were doing it very loud. I don't even want to go to Home this weekend, but my parents are having their anniversary celebration. I have to be there and my brother is visiting too.

An hour’s minutes later...

“Alison! yal have been in there for hours are yal okay?" I yelled standing at her door. “We are perfectly... perfectly fine" she said breathing heavily. I just figured they are having s*x so I walked away and texting her.
