Episode 2: The escape plan

This was impossible, how could he do this to her, she doubted the fact that he would let her marry a murderer but this was too much, he didn't even discuss it with her.

Prince Lucian smiled and she got angry at that moment and stormed out of the banquet hall, she wasn't ready to put up with bullshit, she wasn't going to be anyone's puppet, but she knew it deep inside of her mind that there was nothing she could do to stop it, King Triton is a man of his words.

She sat on the stairways outside of the palace hall where the banquet was taking place, she buried her head in between her laps and cried silently, she knew it, she knew what her destiny was going to be.

"Ana?!", she heard someone call and the only person who called her Ana was Louis, King Triton's only son the second child of king Triton.

Anastasia looked up slowly and there he was, looking as great as ever, the beauty of Avalon the most handsome of all men's, a duplicate of King Triton, many said he was adopted since he didn't look like his mother and looked more like Queen Elizabeth which annoyed the queen a lot, Louis was a person loved by all but he his youth happiness was cute short by his father when he was sent to war Camp to fight alongside King Triton.

And the truth is he didn't look like he was coming from a war camp which was a relief, "Brother!!", Anastasia exclaimed and hugged Louis.

"Its been a while sis", Louis said and Anastasia smiled hugging him tightly, whenever things were hard for her, he was always there for her, but after he went to war camp, the palace felt empty without him there.

"So father is getting you married to Lucian?!!, i knew something was off when he participated in the May den war", Louis said after listening to Anastasia for an hour, "and you know what type of person Father is, you can never disobey his laws", Anastasia said and Louis sighed.

"I have to get you out of this", Louis said and Anastasia had hope, yes Louis was going to get her out of this mess, he always got her out of trouble and he's going to do it.

"First you are going to go with......... Lucian", Louis said and Anastasia sighed, "what?!", Anastasia exclaimed and Louis smiled, "what I'm going to do is something you must keep a secret or we'll both be in trouble, so listen to me carefully", Louis said and Anastasia nodded.

She had to get out of this matter what, there's no way she's getting married to a murderer, "you are going to have to run away and the only way you can do that without being caught is escaping on the last night, where you will be getting moved to Lucian's Kingdom, i will be waiting at the cheetahs forest, so when you come across the dark forest I'm going to take down the palanquin riders and take you down to the north", Louis said and Anastasia gasped.

"The dark forest?, i heard that forest has dangerous animals in it, especially the wolves, which is quite dangerous". Anastasia said and Louis smiled, "i stayed and lived in a dry desert where there are a lot more dangerous animals and i survived, and i fought big wars, so wolves?, what are they?, I'm sure i can take them down and I'll protect you, no matter what", Louis said and Anastasia nodded.

"So we are going to be needing a horse and a boat, but how do we get that without being suspected, i can't take my own horse, they will find out, and we need to take an illegal boat with no serial number, and the only person who can get that is...........", Louis said and Anastasia sighed.

"I'll get it for you", Princess Amelia said walking into the room, "i will get the boat and horse for you", Princess Amelia repeated and Louis smiled, "Sis!!", Louis exclaimed and hugged Princess Amelia, "aren't you too big for that?, and you arrived and didn't come to check on me?, instead you came to Anastasia, and how could you guys plan this without me, I'm your big sis remember?, and I'm the only one that can get illegal things without being caught", Princess Amelia said and Louis let go of her slowly.

"We are sorry", Anastasia said smiling, "but there is a problem", Princess Amelia said and Louis and Anastasia looked at her with a questioning face, "it won't be a palanquin, but a chariot, i saw a large chariot outside with two beautiful horses, and i knew what it was for", Princess Amelia said and Anastasia looked sad.

"But......., there is a solution for that", Amelia said and Louis smiled, " i knew it! ,there is always a solution", Louis said and Anastasia smiled.

"We will create a open area, under the chariot and cover it back with what we removed, it will be a temporary cover and we can easily push it off, so we won't need to be attacking anyone, i don't want my baby brother to be mistook for a bandit and get killed in the process", Amelia said and truly it was a good idea.

"And about the Dark forest, they won't be taking the dark forest, they will be taking the Monkey forest", Princess Amelia said and Anastasia laughed, "the monkey what?!, a forest full of monkies?, that's the funniest thing I've ever heard", Anastasia said and laughed but it seemed like she was the only one laughing and stopped.

"No its not, its another version of the dark forest, its full of wolves that move in packks, and its called monkey forest because they actually make the monkey sounds to attract hunters into the forest, you can never gointo it and survive, its a very deadly forest, people who don't know the history fall prey to them, and till date, just 7 people has survived it, and father is on the 6th list of that list, he went into it a year ago and came out loosing his last left finger", Louis said and Anastasia frowned.

"If father is the 6th then who is the 7th?", Anastasia asked and Princess Amelia frowned, "its Lucian, he goes in there like its his playground, and always comes out unscathed, he still does it", Louis said and Anastasia was lost in her thoughts, Prince Lucian looked too calm and handsome to be quite vicious like she heard, to her he seemed more like....... "A sad hero", Anastasia said absent minded.

"What did you say?", Louis asked and jolted Anastasia back to reality, " what are you talking about?", Louis asked and she just stared. "Okay so the plan is, we are going into that forest, if Lucian can go, why can't i?, I'm sure they are just exaggerating it, its just a normal forest", Louis said and Princess Amelia frowned, "no you are not, i wont be a part of your death", Princess Amelia said and Louis smiled.

"C'mon sis , Its going to be fine, trust me", Louis said but Princess Amelia wasn't satisfied, "make sure to scream and run as fast as you can, and both of you, have to survive for me, when you get to scared just give up", Princess Amelia said and Louis nodded.

Anastasia was happy, if Louis was ready to go into the forest for her, why would she be scared?, it was her life her problem and she had to sort it out.
