What has never happened finally happened in her life. As luck would have it and was very gracious towards Surbhi she found a good friend in Ankita. She met Ankita during one of her charitable pursuits. A lonely girl of a rich family who had also suffered a lot in life befriended another sufferer in the hands of destiny and life. This time Surbhi was cautious with Ankita too. She did not share her story of suffering and hardship with her. She also did not invite Ankita home as she was still living in her parents’ house. In fact she told Ankita never to come home until she bought her own house. Nobody including Anokha knew about Ankita and her friendship. Krishnendu her little brother was also barred from coming home. This time she did not want to lose people. She wanted to build lasting relationships and wanted them for life .Yoga sir knew about her family so never used to come .Now was the daunting task of buying a home for herself. She was a working person again so she applied for bank loans. Indian banks are funny, as they can lose millions in Vijay Mallaya but will be very strict with a common needy person. Same happened with her also. All her applications were getting rejected and Surbhi dream seemed a distant future. Ankits through aher contacts helped her to secure homs loan which eventually translated her dream of buying a house in Kolkata which finally she could call her own abode. All her life till now she stayed in other’s houses and finally she could call a house her own. She remembered how in Delhi she could not afford rooms rent so the landlady shifted her in the verandah of the house in scorching heat. Finally life was fair to her and even it was at the end of her life still she wanted to be happy for it.
