Chapter two

Mira run after Andre, it was actually fun.

"It's time to leave." The principal loud voice announced and the friend's stopped running holding their chest.

"Sometimes I wonder what kind of a girl you are; your speed is something else."

Andre said holding his chest.

She kicks his leg and he groans, Fred chuckled.

"If you guys are done playing, we can start going, you know before the principal start his two hours speech." Fred said.

"Yeah, let's leave, I sometimes wonder if that man ever gets tired of talking." Mira scoffed.

The three of them headed to Andre's car.

Andre threw the keys at Fred.

"For what?" He asked glaring at him.

"You don't expect me to drive your butts all the way to summer camp." Andre replied returning the glare.

The rest of the students who will be using the school box were all arranged as they entered the bus quietly.

"I can't imagine myself getting stuck in this school bus, so much stickiest." Andre laughed.

"Jerk, you stink too." Mira teased dragging his ears.

"Ouch Mira, stop it!" He screamed.

"Yeah yeah, whatever." She rolled her eyes and let him go.

They entered the car and Fred started the engine.

The school bus drove off and they followed the lead.

"You know, is so interesting to be out of home for just a day, at least I don't have to watch annoying television with my parents." Mira said.

"Yours is even better, being away from home means everything to me, I will get to sleep for an hour at least and I can spend some days without hearing the morning rants of my annoying father, he was sent to earth on purpose to torment my life." Andre replied and Mira laughed with Fred.

"Guys is not funny." Andre frowned.

Mira started dragging his cheek.

"Smile, smile Andre." Mira said and he was forced to smile, they continue driving and talking nonstop till they arrived at their destination.

It was a long drive for the three friends yet an interesting one, full of gisting and gossiping about the principal and the head teacher.

The school bus stop and they stop too.

They realized that there are more interesting facts about Summer Camp.

The place looked more like a Forest, but a beautiful one, in front of it, was a gigantic gate that looked gold, it looked like it has been made out of gold.

They hopped down the car together with other students all carrying their backpacks.

"Hey, students!" The principal said.

"Yeah, he is here to start with his two hours speech, let's find a place to sit." Mira whispered to them.

"Everything okay?" The principal asked with a glare staring at Mira.

"Yeah, yeah everything cools." Mira replied.

He looked away.

"Girl, that was close, I'm sure he will send you out if he heard what you said."

Andre said slowly, she pinched him.

He managed not to winch.

"So students, as you know, this Summer Camp has been happening for ages, it was to refresh the students for another session so they won't be idle, the summer camp vacation was mainly to allow the students to have fun, by participating in a lot of interesting games which the school prepared just for you, I know there are some stubborn students, I need you to be careful, this isn't the school environment and it can be somehow dangerous, I want you all to be careful and avoids going deep into the forest." He exclaimed.

"Why do I feel like he was intentionally talking to us about the stubborn students?"

Fred said.

"That's because Andre always does something that landed us in the principal office, so of course, he was talking to us."

Mira replied eyeing Andre.

"You are right, remember the last time he climbed the tree and broke his butt." Fred said and they chuckled.

"Thank God I had never been to detention because I broke a girl's arm." Andre said referring to Mira, they are all trouble makers and they were Known for it, Fred is the less trouble Maker but he does participate sometimes.

After many arrangements, the principal ordered the gate to be opened and the students were arranged in a straight line to enter the forest, it reached Andre's and his friend's turn, and when they entered.

The place was quiet with only the sounds of trees, the beautiful voice of the singing birds, and a cool captivating breeze that blew gently, the scent of the forest is welcoming, it's beautiful and the students were totally amazed by it, some of them were new and they only heard about Summer Camp but right now, it feels like heaven on Earth, it's a beautiful forest that looks like a garden, tall beautiful trees also added to the beauty and it hinders the sun from reflecting directly to the forest, it's a bit dark, but not too much.

Andre, Mira, and Fred stared with their mouths open, they only walked but their eyes were staring all around.

"This is so beautiful Andre; I wish we can snap a picture." Mira exclaimed.

"Yeah, nice idea, let's do it." Andre replied and she brought out her phone.

"Keep that phone back, it's not yet time to snap." The principal cut in and they all frowned.

"But...." Fred tried to say.

"No buts, else I will be forced to take your phones." The principal said and she shoved the phone back into her sweat pants.

He walked passed them.

"Why does he always have to be a pain in the ass?" Mira scoffed and they continued Walking.

Some of the students sing and dance along while Andre was deep in thought planning in his mind how to climb those tall trees.

"Students!" The principal called and they all stopped waiting.

"The forest map will be given to you, but before that, I want you to be careful, no matter what, don't follow this path, it's dangerous." The principal warned.

Andre had it in mind that he must find out why the place is dangerous.
