LOVE NOT LUST

EPISODE 6 (the kidnapping attack)

In a bright morning, kali and his family prepares in beautiful frocks, mounting their dark SUV car to scram for the family occasion to hold a long distance from home. Kali and his sister stay at the front , while dad and mom are sitting at the back living their son to drive the car. As the auto mobile wheels off, it drives out of their alluring compound.

After a while, they come to stop at a long road junction. There is a serious hold up caused by a damaged truck on the mid road.

"oh God are we gonna be waiting here for long?" his sister Shakira complains

"I don't know why there must be a hold up again" kali replies.

The whole family have to wait a while. This is beyond normal. They are not expecting themselves to be late. But what destiny has prepared for them is to be. All of a sudden after a while, there is a loud gun shot from afar. It seems like some forces are at war.

"what's that all about?" kali asks inquisitively, trying to step off the car. People begin yelling, some people running from their car.

"what's happening" kali's family curiously inquires rhetorically.

Some one begins to shout aloud. We have terrorist attack at the front.

"terrorist attack?" kali asks. He is not too sure about what to do in order to save his family.

"should we run too?" kali's dad says in dread.

"let's call the police." kali's mom insinuates. She looks so hilarious mentioning this. That's the problem of all these millionaires. They think everything is about police forces rather than being survivors.

"mom, dad, let's run." kali suggests when he heard the sound coming closer. Before they can get to depart, the gun sound is already at the front of theirs. It's a more complex time than ever. Unfortunately, kali and his sister along with dad escapes from those high way terrorists. But their mom falls victim and become part of those taken away. The worst thing is that they watch their mother being abducted at their very presence. But they can't do anything to worsen the situation. What a bad day it is. Had they known, they would have been at home enjoying without going to the family occasion. All regrets are behind them. The worst fear they often have continues to come off. This turns out to be more severe than usual.

At a Point, the police forces arrive at the scene. But immediately the armed terrorists absconds from the scene.

"oh no, mother is gone." kali aches in pain.

"what should we do now dad" they inquire after gathering from their hide out at the main road. The police forces assures every one that their family members, those who are kidnapped shall be retrieved.

That day, kali, Shakira and dad returns home as if someone has died. They become so dead hearted and emotionally damaged. Mum is lost and this trouble ls worse. The only hope they have now is the police officials to save their mom.

After many days of still being emotionally broken by the incident, kali decides to move out to chill away the thoughts, he wants to give himself hope. No ransom has been demanded from the terrorists. Their fear is death. They all wish nothing bad should not happen to mom. If it's money, that will not be a problem. But there should be certainty that their mom will be saved from the custody of the evil people.

Kali is walking down the street as Normal wearing his white attires again. His face looks so differently tired and his eyes seems like one that has cried for years. As he trudges down the street, something comes to pass. He meets again that the same lady he met the other day being harrased has fallen into another trap from those men. He never knows why they keep troubling her. But this time around they are beating the lady mercilessly.. Kali doesn't want to talk from afar this time around. His anger xhis worries his desire to revenge, all together boost his morale and elevates his vigor. Kali attacks one of the men front behind, gripping him by his neck with full force. He kicks his butt thrice and pushed him down. The second dude who snappily rushes to hit him has his own part of the beating. Kali lands a super kick on his cheek forcing blood out from his jaw. The third man and the fourth one also attempt an attack against him. But with the so much urge to defend, kali takes them down.

"have u not warned you to stop treating her like this? Who the hell are you all, are you not ashamed of yourself harassing her. You are downgrading the importance of men in the eyes of ladies" he says authoritatively.

"the last time we let you go but this time you won't get away. It's just that you are ignorant about what this lady and her poor father has done to us." one of the men say

"what exactly have they done to deserve all these." kali inquires.

" hey lady tell your father to pay our money and you can be free from us. If not we will come to take your life next time." the other man says while leading others off the place. Kali goes straight to lift the lady up from the ground supporting with his hand.

" what happens between you and them that warrants such odious treatment from them?" kali seeks to know

"I am very sorry for pushing you in to this situation again. I promise to not involve you anytime from now." the lady replies looking emotional while uttering out her words.

" Its okay no problem. It's just coincidence that make us meet again. I will be happy is you tell me what's going on, so we can solve this once and for all. I will be willing to help because I just think that if I allow you go on with the threat from them, what about if my sister falls victim tomorrow. Will I watch her like this?" he voices out calmly.

" I am so grateful sir. Apart from you, no one can save me from this. Even my dad seems to enjoy seeing me get punished for his sin. I will be willing to tell you about this. But you are still a stranger to me. Can I know your personality?" she seeks to know

" I am kali by name. My house is not quite far from here. At number 41 Adam white house. That's my dwelling. " kali reveals

" do you live with someone there or it's your house? " she asks

Kali smiles broadly." I live with my parents there. That's my house. "

" that's nice, it means you are from affluent family. "

" yes I am" answers calmly. "let's find a seat so I can hear your side story. Maybe I will be able to do something to help.". The both of them quickly find a comfortable shade to sit down
