I know Alex is just trying to cheer me up, but if we’re being honest I just want gin to stop. I just want to find my mom and Reign. Mel finally comes out of the room saying “This will lead you to Reign and your mom Kieran. But please be careful. These people are powerful.” She hands me a leaf and a stick, the stick moving as I turn my hand. It’s a compass? “Magic compass?” I ask. Mel shakes her head “It’ll lead you to what your heart desires the most. Keep your heart pure and focus on your mom and Reign.” She informs me. “It will shine bright and get brighter and brighter the closer you get.” She continues.
