Monday started out misty and cold, the sun not high enough to evaporate the low-lying cloud rolling in off the ocean. I donned an extra layer for warmth and pulled my thermal headband down over my ears. Once out the front door, I ran along Boronia Street and on down beneath the towering cypress trees lining that side of the park.
