I was 20minute late, I was faster than I thought. I went to the reserved place, it was VVIP room.
I don't really care if it was a public place cause I can't wait to finish all this.
I thought am late but I sat down for like 15minutes and am getting bored already. I don’t think he’s coming I think I should now start leaving
"Hope am not late?" he said
"Wowwwwww" I mumbled under my breath
He's so f*****g handsome and hotAm I dreaming? This is the guy I wanted to marry!! Wow he's so f*****g handsome.
Wait did he just said hope am not late? Of course you are late and you know it. So why is he asking? But I will spare you since you are handsome
“just busy with work” he added
"No it's fine, I was also late" giving him a understanding smile
"My name is Myles Wilson, nice to meet you" he said
Myles POV
"Hope am not late?" I can see she is shocked to see me.
“just busy with work” I added trying to explain to her

But who is this? I don't think this is the person am looking for?

"Please are you Maeve Carter?" I arch a brow cause am kind of confused
"Sure! I am" she replied giggling.
"Oh! I see" nodding my head.
Wow! I have never seen an horrible make up and dressing like this.
The brows are off. What's with the blush? It's so red. The color of the foundation is not even match her color.
Staring at her from head to toes. I noticed almost everything.
The lips were purple and blue. The combination of her dressings look's crazy. Even her hair was packed roughly.
I have never seen someone who their parents were influential and their daughter looks like this.
"So how are you?" Trying to start a conversation with me and she smile showing her teeth.
It was black! Where does black comes from?? Dad why?? Is this the person am going to marry? She looks bad.
"Am good" saying it shortly. I want to talk about her looks but I felt it will be uncomfortable and rude for me to ask or talk about her appearance
"About the marriage, what do you think?" I asked.
"Yeah! I think it's not time for marriage, you know we still have a lot to do in our life. If you can tell your dad that you are not interested in me, it will be nice" she said and smiled again!
Should I tell her to stop smiling! The teeth were weird.
"Really?"
"Yeah, did you supported it? Am sure you will have a girlfriend or someone in mind already isn't" she asked.
I thought she will be interested in me. Am handsome and rich. So why is she against the marriage?
"Yeah" I replied
"Yyeesss" she rejoiced.
I felt weird. Everyone always wants to be around me, people always want at least my attention or them to be noticed. But she's the only person that has ever done this.
"You should have rejected it immediately since you had a girlfriend. What if we did get married! Your girlfriend will have been heartbroken" she explained with a happy heart
Seeing her being considerate makes me forget what she looks like. I felt like she's a nice person
I was speechless
"My dad told me about you, but truthfully I thought you are kind of an old man but you did surprise me" she said with a smile.
She has a nice smile though. Wait an old man?
"Why did you think I will be an old man?" I arch a brow.
"Instincts?" She replied shortly
Then she added With a smile "but luckily you are not and also the marriage"
"So what do you say?"
"We are getting married" I replied.
Maeve pov
"We are doing the marriage thing" he said with a cool expression.
He looks hot! This not the time to admire him.
"Sorry which marriage?" I asked with a very confused smile.
What's wrong with my ear? Wow I can't even hear something well. I think I will need to go and visit our doctor.
"Am sorry I can't hear you well, I think there's something wrong with my ear, please can you repeat it!"
"The marriage, we will get married" taking a sip out of his drink.
"I thought we are getting along" I said with shaking voice and confusion
"Yes we are. If not why are we getting married?"
Is he blind? Can't he see me very well! I think there's definitely something wrong with him.
"Are you sure you can see?" I asked.
He looks at me with a face that says 'Which kind of question is that?'
I don't really care what he thinks. What I know right now is that I don't want to get married.
"Am just curious! Like don't you see me? I look unkempt and ugly. I can't just understand"
I snapped and he just looked at me without saying anything. He's so f*****g cool right now
"Look at my make up doesn't it look horrible? Imagine if we want to go to dinner party and I followed you looking like this?"
"I think beauty doesn't mean anything, I will only advice you to dress well" he said
"Yeah that's right. Look at my dressing, I look like a mad woman isn't?"
"You are making it felt like you dress like this on purpose" he said and raise his drink up.
It won't end well if my dad knew about this.
"No I didn't" i replied fast
I should continue to make him see all this stuff. So that he can quit.
"Look at my teeth are you not even terrified" I said and showed him my teeth.
He almost spit the drink he was drinking, then he smiled.
Why is he smiling am so annoyed right now.
"Yeah, I know" he replied coolly

"Why are you so cool? Is everything always okay to you ?? Of course not, I don't want to get married!" I shouted.
"But I want to" he said and stand up.
Where is he going? Don't tell me he's leaving?
"Wait" I shouted and moved closer to him.
"I thought you said you had a girlfriend?" I asked curious questions cause he's a bit weird.
Why would he thinks about getting married to someone like me.
"Yes" he replied.
His answers are too short for my liking.
"Why......" I was cut off by his phone call.
"Hello" he said and put it on speaker.
I look at the callers name stylishly, it was his dad.
"How are you?" He said.
"Am okay" Myles replied
"So how was the date?" His dad asked.
God let him say it bad and horrible pleaseeee!
"It was such a nice date, and to be precise my future wife is so beautiful" he said teasing me.
My jaw dropped immediately. I can't even close my mouth.
What the hell? Damn!
"I was thinking you will not like her because you are always picking but I also heard she's beautiful. I was happy you both got along" he said and added.
Along? Who said am getting along! Am not f*****g getting along with him! and am not marrying this guy!!!
"I will call you later since all of it is working, I need to call Mr Carter. Bye" he said and hung up
"Why are you doing this?"
"Because of my business" he replied and added
"I think you should be getting ready within the week" he said and left the room
"I said am not getting married you! Never!!" I yelled
I knew it was because of something, he wanted to marry me so as to collect something from his dad. He's rude and annoying I can't never like him.
I was in my thoughts when I realized I failed.
