Chapter - 1....Wedding

Singhania Mansion :
Author's Pov
The Singhania mansion is decorated with beautiful lights , flowers and decorations .
Maids are working in the whole house , bodyguards are standing outside to guard the mansion with a stoic face .
Then from inside the mansion , a sweet melodious voice came from the Puja Ghar of the house .
" Om jai jagdish hare
" Swami Jai Jagdish hare "
" Bhakt jano ke sankat "
" Shan mein dur kare "
" Om jai jagdish hare "
A woman in her 50s was singing this aarti melodiously , her eyes full of devotion of Jagdish ji .
She completes the aarti and bow to the idol of Jagdish ji .
She was Roshni Singhania , the mistress of this house .
She called out to a woman in her mid 20s
" Aarohi , go and wake up Tara . Today is her haldi and she is sleeping like a kumbhkaran , seriously ."
Aarohi giggled as she nodded
" Yes ma ! Di is sleeping like a kumbhkaran even in her wedding days ."
Aarohi went upstairs and opened the door of the room and saw Tara sleeping peacefully on the bed like a koala .
She smiled as she sighed and went towards her
" Di ..tara di ! Wakey wakey ! Today's your haldi and you are sleeping ."
Aarohi shakes Tara furiously in a playful manner but Tara was not waking up at all .
Then a naughty idea comes into her mind , her eyes narrowed with a mischievous glint .
She leaned closer and whispered in Tara's ears
" Diii... Jiju is downstairs and he is calling for you ."
Suddenly , Tara jolted awake in a second .
" Where , where ? Where is abhimanyu ? "
Tara asked hurriedly as she settled her hair and looked into her phone camera .
Aarohi burst into laughter , she spoke up between her laugh
" Seriously dii , you are impossible ! "
Tara looked at her in confusion
" What ? "
Then a sudden realisation hit her , and she stood up
" You ! Chirkut bacchi ! Wait here."
Aarohi ran as Tara was trying to catch her .
" Ma ! Ma , see dii is beating me up ."
Aarohi immediately went towards roshni and hid behind her .
Roshni shook her head in Disbelief
" Seriously you too.. you both are adults now , stop acting like some kids.."
Roshni looked at Tara with a smile
" Tara , my baccha , go and get ready , today's your haldi right ? "
Tara smiled back as she nodded
" Hnji ma ."

Tara's pov
With the start of my morning with chaos , I went to my room and started to get ready for my haldi .
I was getting married to the love of my life , Abhimanyu .
He is the sweetest boy I Have ever met in my whole life . He didn't care even though I was a mafia's daughter . He handled my anger issues and my rude behaviour gently .
I wore a beautiful yellow and white silk lehanga with a balloon sleeves blouse , I let my hair open with a hairstyle and I wore minimal jewellery .
I did my makeup myself , and looked into the mirror .
Honestly I was looking too beautiful .

After getting ready , I went downstairs where ma , pa and aarohi were standing

They all smiled at me , as I went downstairs.
Pa hugged me and caressed my hair
" My princess is looking so beautiful today . "
He kissed my forehead .
I smiled at him.
" Pa , you are looking bindass and devilish handsome .."
Pa laughed at my words , ma came near me and applied kajal behind my ear
" Kisi ki nazar na lage meri bacchi ko ."
Ma said with a sweet smile . Aarohi also complimented me and then the haldi ceremony started . All the guests came and made the function memorable but my eyes were finding one person . Aarohi saw that my eyes were fixated on the entrance , she came near me and asked
" Di , what happened ? Kisse dhundh rahe ho ? "
I sighed as I shook my head in disbelief
" Sakshi , she didn't come ."
Aarohi nodded immediately
" Oh yeah , I also didn't see her in the whole function . Don't worry I bet she will come to the wedding ."
I just nodded with a smile
" I hope so."
With this the ceremony ended ( I am too lazy to write more btw )

The sound of dhols and dj echoed in the Singhania mansion , the sign that shows that baraat has come .
Roshni and Vanshraj were standing at the entrance with the other guests to welcome the groom and his family .
They welcome the whole Shrivastav family with a warm smile on their face .
Abhishek was looking very handsome and dashing in the white sherwani .

Tara's pov
I was getting ready in my room as soon as I heard the sound of dhol Baja from the outside .
I smiled , " the baraat has come isn't it , Aarohi ? "
Aarohi nodded with a smile , " yes di , jiju is looking very handsome , you know ."
I felt my cheeks getting red at aarohi's comment . The makeup artist finished my makeup with a last touch up . I looked at myself in the mirror and I smiled at my look . I was looking too beautiful . I felt a sense of pride in my beauty .

I entered the mandap and saw Abhishek sitting there . I blus

hed as I looked at his handsome smiling face .
I sat beside him as he whispered to me , " badi sundar lag rhi ho ."
I smiled shyly at his words .
The rituals started and my dream was going to complete . I was marrying the love of my life and going to live a happy life all along .
Author's Pov
Where inside people hearts were full of happiness and warmth as they saw the lovers marry each other , outside a car stopped .
The figure footsteps were approaching the hall gate slowly and deliberately .
The gate slammed opened in a sudden kick .
Everyone were shocked and confused as they looked at the entrance and then ...
He entered .

So , this is the end of first chapter ! I know it was a bit messed up . I was too lazy writing the functions so I skipped to the wedding directly .
And he has entered the hall !
