Chapter 36 It was almost four o’clock that morning as Chris sat on the back deck of his house, wrapped in a blanket. His gaze was on the approaching storm, but his thoughts were on his day. It had started so perfectly, curled up with James. He couldn’t have guessed then that the day would have been full of attacks and such pain, ending with Mark Reynolds’s arrest.
