Nick walked home tried from work the case was taking a toll on him, he got down from his car, picked up his bag and coat before heading inside the house.
" How was work?" Lian asked, placing plates on the table for dinner.
"f****d up, I made a huge mistake today on our case and I don't think I can be able to amend it" he explained.
He dropped his bag on the chair before moving on to the table, a smile spread across his face on seeing dinner.
