DELAYED HONEYMOON

After officially marrying and becoming Albert's wife, Diana lived in a luxurious mansion that, although very grand, it felt very lonely and empty.

Diana is a new employee, it is natural that she is not familiar with the ins and outs of the company where she works. Even she didn't know that Albert, who was now her husband, was a CEO.

"Good Morning, Diana," one of them greeted kindly. "We are Albert's friends. Allow us to introduce ourselves. Sorry we were late in introducing ourselves. Your marriage to Albert was so sudden. The four of us were on vacation when your wedding reception took place."The first young man, who looked stern and authoritative, stepped forward approaching Diana. "My Name Is Brian. Later then, a graceful and confident girl introduced herself. "I am Agatha, Secretary of Company B."The girl smiled gracefully. For a moment Diana felt inferior, the girl had a stunning physical appearance like a high-class model. From the tip of the foot to the tip of the head are all luxurious and are well-known brands.

The next young man, with his athletic posture and sharp eyes, said, "I am Lion, director of Company B."He said briefly.

And finally, the young man who looked the most relaxed and friendly, grinned broadly. "Hello Diana. My Name Is William. I work as a manager of Company B."His voice sounded joyful.

Diana smiled faintly, trying to hide her nervousness. "Nice to meet you all. Thank you for taking the time to come here."

The following days, Diana tried to adapt to her new friends. She often spent time with Albert's four friends, trying to get to know them more deeply. Although Diana was comfortable with their presence, there was a feeling of loneliness that could not go away.

William, with his funny and cheerful manner, often made her laugh, but the rest, especially Brian, although friendly, still seemed mysterious and secretive.

Despite being a wife, Diana felt that her daily routine was not much different when she was single and not married.

Diana's home life was cold and empty. Albert, who is always busy with work and rarely at home, widens the distance between their relationship.

Even when the two of them were together, the warmth and care she dreamed of was never present. Albert turned out to be not a romantic man; he often even took Diana for granted and never really cared about her feelings.

In her heart, Diana felt that her decision to marry Albert was wrong. She loves a man who will never love her back. Her hopes and dreams slowly fade away, replaced by the harsh reality that she is trapped in a marriage that never brought her true happiness.

Even so, Diana tried to stay strong. At least she doesn't have to meet her extended family who always manage her life. She tries to find other happiness in small things, such as laughing with William or talking to Agatha.

However, the shadow of her husband's unrequited love continues to haunt her, reminding that her heart is still locked in a prison of endless feelings.

That afternoon, after returning from work, Diana walked into her room, wanting to take a shower and change her clothes. It turned out that Albert was busy organizing the contents of his suitcase.

The suitcase was wide open on the bed. Some of Albert's shirts were already neatly arranged in the suitcase. According to the report of one of the servants, Albert had just arrived home two hours ago.

Diana could only resign herself to what she saw, her husband seemed to be returning to go on a business trip again. She don't know where this time Albert going and for how long.

Diana stood in the corner of the room, watching Albert who was still busy arranging clothes in a suitcase. With meticulous movements, Albert neatly folded each shirt and pants, making sure they were perfectly arranged. The sight fascinated Diana, as if looking at a living work of art.

The light of the room lamp reflected gently on Albert's well-built and muscular body. He wore a black T-shirt that perfectly shaped his body, revealing every curve of his back and arm muscles. Diana was fascinated to see her husband who seemed so focused and unaware of her presence.

Every time Albert raised his hand to put clothes in the suitcase, his arm muscles stood out beautifully. Diana watched with admiration, realizing how almost perfect her husband's body was. For him, Albert was the definition of perfection, both physically and in the attention to small details like this.

Diana gulped,how foolishly she dared to imagine the obviously impossible. Diana decided to step slowly towards the bathroom. She'd Better Not Disturb Albert who is preparing to leave.

The sound of her footsteps made Albert turn his head for a moment. His sharp and cold gaze always managed to make Diana feel nervous.

Albert did not answer and put the last clothes in the suitcase, then closed it neatly.

They stood face to face for a moment in silence, for Diana, admiring Albert is never boring. Every day, she finds a new reason to fall in love with her almost flawless husband. Unfortunately, it seems that Diana's love was unrequited.

"Did you just come home from work?" Albert said coldly.

"Yes."Diana quick answer.

Although Albert was cold to his wife, in any case, Albert's character is very charming. Diana tried to take her eyes off Albert's body.

"I have a business trip. I'll call you later."Albert added his word, while lowering the suitcase from the bed.

"Yes." Again, Diana answered quickly. Diana knew for sure, it was just repeated pleasantries. After a few months together with Albert, she realized that this marriage was nothing more than a business farce.
