ENDED UP IN JAIL

Diana hurriedly parked her car, the sudden sound of the brakes broke the silence of the parking lot basement. Diana's hands trembled turning off the engine, she jumped out of the driver's seat, the car door closed loudly behind her. Her high heels let out a quick tapping sound over the basement floor, as she hurried steps toward the entrance.

When she was about to walk to the inside of the company, Diana crossed paths with William. Diana's mind was in turmoil, she did not even stop to simply say hello to William.

His mind kept spinning, filled with the events that had just happened. Albert and a beautiful woman. Diana's face turned red, anger burning in her eyes. She could not think clearly, there was only one goal in her mind—to meet with Albert and demand an explanation!

In the lobby of the front of the company Diana hardly noticed the receptionist who tried to greet her. With a gasp of breath, he pressed the elevator button repeatedly, as if to hasten his arrival. The elevator door opened, and he entered quickly, a feeling of anxiety and anger pressing more and more inside his chest.

As soon as the elevator arrived at the floor of the room where Albert was, Diana rushed out, her steps getting faster and heavier.

Diana felt that she had to quickly find out who exactly was the beautiful female figure in the photo. She then walked to the CEO's room, where her husband worked.

Without knocking, she opened the door to Albert's office, ready to express all her anger.

When the door of the room opened, Diana could see that in the room there was only a woman standing near Albert's desk, she was holding a paper. Diana swept her eyes across Albert's office, looking for her husband. Unfortunately Diana did not see the figure of Albert in his study.

Diana realized that the woman was very similar to the one in the photo sent accidentally by Albert.

Diana pushed the door of Albert's Office hard, her gaze immediately fixed on the figure of a strange woman standing near her husband's desk. The woman turned around with a surprised face that immediately turned to anger.

"Hey! What are you doing?!"she cried, her voice sharp and piercing Diana's ears. "Who are you! So presumptuous, how dare you enter carelessly into this room!"

Diana was stunned for a moment, not believing what she heard. "Who are you? That's a funny question! I should have asked. What are you doing here with my husband?"he asked in a trembling voice, a mixture of anger and confusion.

The woman sneered, her eyes narrowed with contempt. Look at Diana. Judging at first glance the appearance of Diana. The woman in the sexy dress walked over to Diana. "Albert? Your husband? No kidding! I don't know you, and Albert never mentioned he had a wife. You're the one who should get out of here!"he smiled sarcastically when he saw Diana who was still standing in front of him.

"You should get out of here! I am Albert's wife!"

"Oh my god! Could it be that Albert changed his tastes overnight? I don't think there's any way he likes a nerdy girl!"Said the woman mockingly, her eyes repeatedly watching Diana from top to bottom. "There's no way Albert has such bad taste. With such thick glasses and such a look, you are really Albert's wife?"

Those words sparked the anger of Diana who was already on the threshold. .Diana felt her blood boil. Without thinking, he walked forward, approached the woman and then swung his hand and slapped her face hard, the sound of a slap echoing in the room.

The woman held her flushed cheeks, her gaze now turned angry. "How dare you slap me!"he shouted. "I don't know you, and there's no way you're Albert's wife!"

Quarrels were inevitable, their voices overlapped each other, the woman continued to speak contemptuously. Their high voices filled the room, making the atmosphere even more tense, Their Voices clashing with each other, filled with anger.

A few moments later the woman pushed Diana's body hard, and Diana who was already too upset, unintentionally, tried to defend herself when the woman pushed her violently Diana pushed back the woman's body in front of her, it seemed that the push was stronger. The woman lost her balance, fell hard to the floor, her eyes were closed, her body was motionless.

Suddenly, blood began to flow from the lower part of the woman's body, creating a red puddle on the floor.

Diana was silent for a moment, her breath choked, her face turned pale instantly, her eyes widened in fear, her gaze shifted from the blood on the floor to the now fainted woman's face.

Diana now stood speechless, her breathing irregular, aware of the terrible situation that had just occurred.

"Oh, My God ... What Have I done?"Diana whispered, feelings of fear, guilt and panic began to prevail over her. He tried to think clearly, but fear and anxiety immediately bound him. Diana felt frustrated, trying to figure out how to cope with a situation that suddenly turned into a nightmare. Unfortunately Diana could not think clearly at all, making her not know what to do.

Albert, who was in the toilet, had just read an incoming message from William.

Albert ran to his room. Albert remembers that his girlfriend was there.

While running towards his study, a loud noise was heard. Albert immediately pushed the door of his study anxiously, opening the door wider. In the room, there was his wife with her lover.

The sight that greeted him made his blood rustle. Hena, lying unconscious on the floor with blood on her lower body. Beside her, Diana stood with a pale face and eyes wide with fear.

"Diana, What Have you done?!"Albert shouted, his tone full of anger and disappointment.

Albert saw Hena who had fainted on the floor, called Hena and hugged her.

Diana just found out that the woman's name was Hena. Seeing the condition of her lover who was in a state of stupor Albert was angry. Without thinking Albert called the police.

Diana, who was also surprised, tried to give an explanation if she did not do it on purpose.

Diana shook her head, trying to grab Albert's hand to ask for understanding. "Albert, I didn't mean to. We fought, and he fell... I really didn't mean to harm her," he said in a trembling voice.

Albert brushed Diana's hand away harshly, his eyes showing no mercy. "I don't care! Look what you've done!"

It didn't take long for the sound of police sirens to approach. Within a few minutes, several officers entered the room, following Albert who firmly pointed at Diana.

"Get him," Albert ordered in a cold voice. "He attacked Hannah."

Diana looked at Albert with tears running down her cheeks, incredulous at what she heard. "Albert, please... listen to me..."

However, Albert avoided her gaze, his focus was only on Hena who was still unconscious on the floor. The police secured Diana, putting handcuffs on her wrists with a quick procedure.

"Miss Diana, you are under arrest on suspicion of assault. You have the right to remain silent, and anything you say can be used against you in court," one of the policemen said, reading out his rights.

With a face full of guilt and fear, Diana was taken out of the room, while Albert knelt beside Hena, examining her wound anxiously. Diana saw him for the last time before the door closed behind her, her feelings shattered, injustice instantly filling her heart.

As a result of the report made by Albert, Diana ended up in prison.

In prison Diana daydreams. He fought with her because of anger. Diana was so sorry that she had done it she didn't mean to hurt the woman at all.

Diana suddenly felt that all these events were her fault for loving her husband too much.

In the cramped and cold cell, Diana sat alone, the dim light from the lamp on the ceiling creating a faint shadow on the wall. His tired face reflected sadness, anger, and disappointment.

With a heavy breath, Diana closed her eyes, letting her thoughts flow freely. "Albert," she whispered to herself, "you have betrayed me in the most cruel way. Not only did it cheat on me, but it put me in jail for a mistake I didn't fully commit."

Diana recalled Albert's cold look when he told the police to arrest him.

"Not anymore," said Diana in a more resolute voice. "I'm not going to be a fool forever, Albert. You may have ruined my life now, but I will rise from this. I will correct my mistake! I will make you feel every pain and betrayal you give me."

Diana took a deep breath, trying to calm her racing heartbeat.

"I will get out of here, and when the time comes, you will regret every action you have taken. I will take back all my love, and you will pay for your mistakes, Albert."

Despite still being locked behind bars, his zeal to fight back has never been this great. Disappointment made Diana more confident to avenge her husband who had betrayed.
