Chapter 2~ Becoming an Alpha

Alex after burying his parents went after the murderers but he did not catch up with them, he got crazy attacking anything in sight until a silhouette appeared before him, it was his mother, "Alex my baby" she called him with tears in her eyes "you're not like this, don't do this, it'll cause you more harm than good" while she said this Alex had turned back to his human form and asked in a cracked voice "mum, is that really you or am I hallucinating" "it is me Alex, but just my spirit the moon goddess granted me and extra 10mins to speak with you because she saw how hard you're grieving" she replied "mum don't tell me that, the moon goddess doesn't care about me, she doesn't care about us, because if she did, she'd have brought you back to life, infact she wouldn't even let you die. she's just playing with our lives because she has the power to, but I won't let that happen, I'll take back control of my life" Alex swore with gritted teeth.

"No my baby, you shouldn't say that the moon goddess is very..." she couldn't complete her statement before she disappeared

Alex just started on and said with I sigh "very.... useless I guess" he frowned and swore "I'll claim the throne of the alpha only then will I have power to go against the Moon goddess" Then he shifted back into his wolf for and ran towards the park's centre. While all this was happening the moon goddess was watching it on her globe and couldn't help but sigh on his stubborn behaviour "I gave him a chance to see his mother again hoping that he'll change his view but that made it worse, I've never seen any werewolf as stubborn as he is" she said with a sigh she watched him go to the park centre in his wolf form and started howling loudly to call out the current alpha

he came out dressed in a fur coat, he was intrigued to see a young wolf howling at his face. His beta Cedric was mad at the boy's insolence for howling infront of the alpha, he wanted to beat him up but was held back by the alpha "leave him alone, hey kid" he called out to the wolf Alex "you know it's a little disrespectful to howl at my face right? Now be a good boy and shift back to your human form" Alex complied and shifted after shifting he glared at Cedric then turned back to the alpha and gave a bow "greeting alpha" "now that's more like it, good boy, how may I help you?" the alpha asked with a smile, already liking the boy "I want to become an alpha" Alex replied with a straight face earning a gaps from the servants passing by, they stopped and starred at him in shock, Cedrick glared even harder while clenching his fist while he alpha looked at him with an emotionless face, no one could know what he was thinking.
