“As impressive as always, sis!” Jade called out to Rose upon noticing her walking to their table. Lola kept her lips sealed and surveyed the rest of the room instead.
“Now, I feel very guilty for pulling that prank on you,” Jade’s tone quieted down. Rose thought back to the time Jade wanted to humiliate Rose at Xander’s friend’s wedding, not knowing that Rose was very skilled at piano.
