"Who are you?" She asked with a trembling voice as she moved backwards. The man raised his two hand up in an innocent gesture, a good natured smile on his face. "Its okay, I'm nor harmful. My name is Daniel, Daniel Gray. I'm Cian's cousin." "His cousin?" She could see a bit of resemblance on his face. "Yeah, from his mother's side. "Then...why are you here?" He shrugged as he walked in and sat on a sofa. "I heard he got married, so I came to congratulate him but..." he ran his eyes from her head to her toes, she blushed and lowered her head, he smiled at her reaction. "...you were not the person I was expecting to see." "Oh, well...his parents were the ones who actually set us together" she muttered. "So aunt Samantha really did what she said huh. Anyway its nice to meet you." He rose to shake her hand, timidly, she brought a hand and placed it in his large warm ones, he squeezed it gently and held it longer than necessary. "What are you doing here Daniel?" They both jerked away, startled. Daniel jerked his head at him, "Hey cousin, I came to congratulate you and your new bride but I happened to meet a different one." Cian glared at him then walked towards them, Cynthia was beside him directing a glare at Ella who was trying to be inconspicuous. "Next time, make sure you call and get my permission before you come here. You can leave now. Your congratulations have been received." "Alright" he nodded and turned to Ella with a smile. "It was nice meeting you once again." "The ple...pleasure was all mine." She replied with a smile, he stared a little longer at her then he left. "Who brought you here?" Cian asked. "Your parents" she quickly answered. "Don't expect me to spend the night with you" He spoke as he stalked towards her, she moved backwards to put distance between them trying to get away from his overpowering aura. She stopped when her back reached a wall ending her escape. His face inched close to hers, so close she could see the deep blue of his eyes, his nose almost touched hers. "Listen clearly. My girlfriend and I are going to spend the night. Together. Alone. And during that time, I want no interruptions, is that clear?" She nodded hurriedly, "Clear" "Babe. Let's go already, I can't wait to have you in me." Cynthia purred. "Me too babe." he purred back. Ella watched them silently from the corner of her eyes until they were out of sight. She was shown her room and laid down with the purpose of getting some sleep, but that was impossible because Cian and Cynthia kept her up all night from moans of their lovemaking. ******************************** She yawned loudly as she went to get a cup of coffee from the kitchen, her eyes were puffy and had shadows from lack of sleep. She was already familiar with the layout of the house having had nothing to do all day yesterday. "Rough night?" She yelped and did a little jump from the sudden voice, Cian stood behind the counter sipping his coffee while wearing a pajamas pants and a white robe, the robe was open so she had a clear view of his bare chest, she could not help oggling his very ripped and packed muscled upper body. "Eyes up here." He snapped. "Yes! Um...I'm very sorry...so sorry" she squeaked while apologizing. He paid her no mind, "I have just a few rules if this is going to not affect anyone. I don't like you. Get that" "Yes" she nodded, he frowned at her. "One, stay out of my business. Two, if my parents ever ask you how we are doing, say fine. Three, whenever they are here or we are at their place, we pretend like we are getting along. And lastly, don't ever try to interfere between Cynthia and I, especially at night. Got it?" "Yes sir. Got it" she swallowed and turned to leave. "State your age and educational status" "W...what?" He gave a pointed look, his face was devoid of any expression. "Um. 23years old, graduate of Accounting and Literature." "I see" he nodded, there was a hint of surprise in his voice but he said nothing else as he left. "I have some dirty laundry in my room, take care of them and make sure to clean the bedroom." Cynthia ordered as she and Cian walked past her minutes later, dressed. "Alright", she didn't notice the glance that Cian gave her. She immediately set to work, in a few hours, she was done with the laundry and the house was sparkling clean. The doorbell rang, she went to answer it. She stepped back in fear as soon as she opened the door. "So this is where you have escaped to huh?" "Mom!" She gasped out. "I told you she was up to no good, living in a big house like this" Nadine spat in envy. "So what do you have to say for yourself, young lady?" Mary smiled with a maniac gleam in her eyes. Ella trembled before them, her upper lip was already sweating, she had no idea what to say to them. "Anyway, I'm not here for all this, we need money. That's what we came here for right Nadine?" "Yes mom" She shook her head desperately, "I don't have anymore money on me. You guys used all my savings" "Shut up your filthy mouth" Mary screamed then slapped her. Nadine landed the next slap causing her to fall on a glass table breaking it into pieces. She winced in pain as a shard of glass cut her across the palm drawing out blood. "I said, get me money or I shall let the whole world know that you are not your father daughter." Mary threatened. "But..I..its true...I have no more money" she whimpered. She flinched just as Nadine raised her hand to slap her again. "Don't you dare" Cian growled darkly as he held her hand in place. "Who the hell?" Nadine snapped at the intruder, then suddenly, her eyes widened in recognition. "Cian Black?" "Yeah. Now get the hell away from my wife." He pushed her away like trash and went to Ella's side "Are you alright?" She nodded, wincing slightly as she cradled her bleeding hand. He glared darkly at them both, they flinched and backed away from the hot gaze directed at them. "Get the hell out of my house before I call the cops" Mary rolled her jaw, "Fine, we'll be back Ella. Better prepare some money for us before then." She had to drag a stupefied Nadine away with her. He dragged Ella up, firm but gentle and led her to the kitchen where he took out a first aid box and began working on her wood with precise and gentle movements. Ella stared at him in confusion, wondering why he was being caring. "Family? "Y..yes" she answered a bit slow. He was done but he still held her hand as he asked. "What did she mean by, you are not your father daughter?" "Cian! What the hell are you doing with her!" Cynthia screamed.
