His eyes were pleading with me. “Can you forgive me, please?”. There was much more I needed to know, much I needed to discuss with him and ask. But for right now, knowing I am leaving tomorrow, all I could muster is a nod, before I flew into a giant papa bear hug of Alpha King Jonathan. I felt his tears drop on my head as he was holding me and in my heart, despite all the pain of the years and all the confusion, I felt love and peace about him.. He lulled me in a hug, like a small child. His fatherly embrace felt as some type of security blanket.
