Chapter 6
“s**t! It’s a f*****g trap! Aurelius, get out now!” Dylan screamed frantically.
They had arrived at the location specified by six of Moira and Aurelius’s subordinates. It was an abandoned warehouse. There was nothing ominous or creepy about it. It looked entirely ordinary. He did not even detect any movement or sound with his supernatural senses. Naturally, they’d crept as close to it as possible. For the first fifteen minutes, nothing happened at all. Aurelius and he waited patiently by the front door. They were accompanied by two agents as backup. Moira had led the rest toward the back. Since this was his first time, he had no idea what to expect.
When the vampire had received some sort of a signal from Moira through a weird whistle sound, they entered the building silently.
