“Damn it. How can nobody know anything about the auction?” Kaden growled, kicking his desk angrily. Ignoring the pain that spread through his foot, he ran his hands through his hair and circled his chair, staring at the rest of his estate. The sun was shining brightly, and the weather seemed warm and pleasant - the opposite of how he was feeling right now. “How is it possible? The last time there was an auction, that was what everyone on the back channels was talking about for weeks. We need to get at least one invitation for it or we’ll miss our chance.”
