Chapter 1: The 15th Escape and the Attack

Isabelle WhiteWoods POV

I was running furiously from the hunters using my Lycan speed but as hell they made experiments on a few hunters and made them have abilities like super speed and super jump and super strength like any normal werewolf, luckily I was a Lycan which was way faster just as I was about to outrun them I came across a cliff with an ocean below. Soon they cornered me.

"Got nowhere to run now sweety. You have two options: Either you come with us or you die here." One of them said.

"I choose the third one." I said, leaning on the edge.

"There is no third-"

Before he could finish, I jumped off the cliff amd turned into my mermaid form as I hit the waters and swam away.

After 20 minutes of swimming

I reached a coral reef and I was hella sure I was at least 40 km away from those mindless hunters. I knew I was close to my father's kingdom 'Atlantis Reborn' from the reef. I always wondered why the name was but lets not think about that right now.

"Only 50 km to go " I muttered to myself.

Alexander Ray's POV

I was still in training which my father made me do after 30 minutes right after college, and yes all us wolves and lycans live among humans every kind of being that was either not a human or half human lived among humans with their own identities. Their was a magical spell that was said to enter 'Luminous' our kingdom. I was the youngest billionaire in New york or we can say the whole United states, Anyway I was thinking about asking my father to give me 2 days off the training to relax before my coronation that was 2 months from now and I was sure he wasn't going to let me if I didnt ask him today. I was thinking about that when Damean my uncle like tutor,Training instructor and advisor kicked me in the gut.

"Alexander Ray! Where's your head at? If it was the enemy rather than me, you would have been dead by now! Pay attention and come at me now!"he yelled.

He was like my uncle amd I loved him so he could use that tone at me otherwise only a few people can use that tone against me excluding my family. I went back to my training then orrr at least paying attention in it.

After training at 6:00 p.m.

I collapsed in bed, letting out a sigh of relief and a groan of ache in my body. I was tired but I wanted to talk to someone, so I mind linked Thunder -my Lycan wolf beast.-

" Thunder you there?" I asked.

"Yes what is it now Alex" he replied.

"Nothing , I just wanted to talk to someone being you!" I said chuckling.

"When do you think we will find our mate Alex... I feel weaker every day that goes by... '

" I honestly dont know. I also feel that you know. I hope we find her soon we are now 22 years old and we were supposed to find her when we were 16. " I said feeling depressing.

"Anyway how was you day than being exhausting?"

"hmph! Boring as usual and I am thinking of asking my father to let me have 2 days off. As I wont get free at all otherwise, I will go to the human world to try and find my mate their if she is staying there." I said.

" Good idea! Come on lets go now and ask him!" he said impatiently.

"No not now after dinner." I answered.

"aargh fineee! "

Time flew as we were talking and it was already dinner time.So I went downstairs to the dining room.

There tomato soup for starter then steak, fried eggs, fried rice and bacon for main menu and a decent cholate pudding for desert.

I was surprised that I was the first to come. Usually my whole family would be their before me and when I would enter my father yells

'Alex! Be early for dinner ! Keeping us waiting is not something to be done everyday!"

But today was different there was no sign of them so I waited 10 minutes for them but they still didnt come.I decided to look for them then and thats when my mother and my brothers came running and panting in the dining room.

"Alex! We have to go right now!Hurry come with us!" My mother screamed worried.

"Mother what happened?" I asked confused and concerned.

"No time to explain son we have to go!"

Now I was really worried and I asked

"Mother where is father?" while we running to the back of the castle. "Your-Your father h-h-he's dead!!There was an attack of rogues and the Blood Rise Pack! They entered the castle and killed your father and alina!Your father wanted to give you this." she answered crying.

At her words I shook he died? How?! He was the strongest wold I knew! And alina... my mother's sister she died she died as well?! 'This has to be a nightmare!' I said to myself.Before I knew I was crying.

We reached the back door of the castle. Their were 15 horses ready to go. Their was Damean on one of them. I was glad he was alive! Then there were a few loyal servants and a few of the best warriors. There were four horses left for us. We hopped on them and rode away from the castle. I took one more look at it. I made a promise to myself then.

'No matter what. I will find my mate, come back and restore our kingdom father. I promise.'
