Chapter 17

309 Words
Whats wrong with Reuben? I mean obviously I wouldn't go to prom with him even though he isn't bad for the eyes. He's too annoying to spend all night with. And his voice is just so blood boiling. Don't even get me started on that sarcasm. I can't ask her because she'll question me, I definitely don't need her thinking I like him or something and it gets around at school. The last thing I need is for Reuben to think I have a thing for him. Which I don't. But other than him, I don't know anybody on the list. "Soo...who would you recommend for me?" She gives me a smirk and she says the name "Noah Brian" I told her "Absolutely not. I've had exs named Noah and from my experience, they are manipulative, toxic, and a lot of them are f**k boys. There is no way I'm going for another." "I'm a f**k boy?" The words startled me as it came from behind me. Shit. I turn around to see a guy turned towards me in his seat. I think I just talked s**t about him behind his back...literally. "Maybe. A high possibility" I blurt out without thinking. He laughs shaking his head. "So if I say all women are nothing but drama seeking bitches, that's okay?" "Okay. I get it." I cut him off. damn are all guys that go to this school like this? If so, I might be going to prom alone. I roll my eyes and turn back around to see Ezra staring at me fazed. "Never mind. Honestly girl, you might not get a date" she says laughing at me. "You can't get along with guys" "I can. Just that guy is a d**k. Along with every other guy I've met..." she laughs at my response along with an eye roll.
