Noir’s POV Alpha was shaky as we said our goodbyes to our friend. He was fighting off emotions that have been repressed for far too long. And he was fighting to hold onto his wolf form, a whole other challenge in and of itself. I stepped back and looked up at my beautiful human mate. She looked like she was floating in a misty cloud, still unconscious. Lana better fight for her damnit! I’m scared that Selene will take over Tessa’s human form and I won’t know the difference. She is a Goddess and I’m sure capable of fooling us. I needed to have some sort of plan in place to test her when all this is over - make sure my Luna is indeed my mate.
