ISAIAH I stood at the edge of the cliff, the wind tugging at my coat, the night too still for comfort. The pack lands unfolded before me, covered in moonlight, but none of it dispelled the tight knot in my chest. If anything, the beauty of it all made the fear settle heavier in my bones.The visions had intensified becoming more vivid and more violent. As if the very fabric of the future were coming undone, thread by thread, and I were the only one cursed to see it. I closed my eyes as my surroundings melted away, lost in the subtle pull of destiny summoning my senses. I surrendered to it, letting it carry me, guide me and the vision arrived. The first thing I saw was a golden horizon, warm and glowing, but dark clouds spread across it like spilt ink, storm clouds, ominous and absolute.
