HAILEY I moved our warriors with precision around Azure’s domain, every placement deliberate. We weren’t waiting anymore, not for another vision, another loss, another warning whispered too late. We were done playing defense. Azure’s reign of terror had gone on long enough. It was time to end it. The battlefield was a breathing beast alive with chaos. Wolves clashed with shadows, bodies colliding in a whirlwind of fury. Their growls echoed through the misty air, drowned only by screams and the crackle of unleashed power. Overhead, the sky churned, thick with storm clouds that mirrored the violence beneath them. The stench of magic burnt ozone and iron-rich blood filled my nostrils. I stood in the heart of it all. My heart beat like a war drum, my fingers flexing with borrowed strength.
