LIV Dark waited on the ceiling of a long, vaulted hallway. He slowed his breathing, ready for battle. It’s going to begin now, old dragon, he told himself. Soon, the beginning of the end. He was ready. He trained his eyes on the hallway below, which was as silent as it had ever been when he took over the Hall. He ordered his dragons to spread out over the premises.
