Lynne's POV: Aaron dismounted with ease and helped me down from the horse, while the stable hands led the horses away. We walked toward the sunshade, hoping to sit down for a drink to calm my nerves. Not far away, I noticed a staff member harshly scolding a woman dressed as a stable hand. But I didn’t pay it much attention. Instead, I settled into my seat and signaled for the server to bring over some fruit and drinks. Julia, meanwhile, had regained her spirits and was still riding with Yanis on the field. The two of them shared a horse and looked quite close. Perhaps Julia has found her match, I mused, feeling a sense of accomplishment. “Ding!” My phone buzzed with a notification. It was a news alert: officials were inspecting the western suburb landfill. “A landfill inspection?”
