It was already five in the afternoon and everyone was probably at their houses, resting and eating. I was watching my mom while she was cooking for me. The chicken stew smells good and I couldn’t wait to eat it.
“The food smells great, Mom. I want to eat that now,” I told her.
“Hmm, perfect. The food is ready to serve now,” she answered.
She placed the chicken stew in a white bowl. After that, she carried it to the table. While I took two plates and spoons and forks. I gave the other set to her. I began eating the stew she made.
“The food tastes good. I’ll make sure to be full tonight,” I spoke in joy.
Minutes had passed and I was already full. I stood up with my plate. And I placed it on the sink.
