I placed my wand on the ground.
“Did you kill all of them?” I asked him.
I heard his feet on the flat surface beside me. And I felt his hands on my shoulders.
“Are you okay?” He asked me.
I lifted my head to see his face while he was caressing the strand of my hair on my cheeks. I stared into his eyes and I felt unharmed. The Queen’s presence like what I felt was different from Xander’s.
