Desiree’s POV
The moment I walked out of the library, Mila was nowhere to be found and Alpha Ray was surprisingly coming right from the side of my chambers.
Our eyes fell on each other and a smile found its way to his lips while I tried to force out a smile from my part to make everything look good.
“Luna Desiree,” he called, his hand finding its way into his pants pocket.
He was wearing a black jacket, cloak and pants that had two side pockets.

“I specifically came to check up on Luna and her Alphas... seems like you found your way out before I could get in here.”
