27. Guilt and Regret
Lindsy POV: After Henry and I shifted back, I felt better. It’s still early and I had to ingest a lot for a day. I was glad Henry was beside me. We were at the training ground already, we'd gotten dressed and we were leaving for the pack house to talk to my father. “They’re so cute together” I whispered, smiling, as the images of the two wolves playing and snuggling came into my mind. “It’s because Shadow and I are just meant to be”, Jade said, and I smiled inwardly.
